At last, Hi-Fi has released their most personal record yet. This album has changed many times over the three years it was developed, but it became a record about healing from trauma and discovering self-love. A fusion of song writing and storytelling, this album is indicative of the journey it took to make.

This couldn't exist without all of the love, support, and appreciation over the years. For all of the people Hi-Fi met along the way, thank you.
